StackHouse Performance Inc. was founded by, former “Junior A” ice hockey player, Harrison Howlett-Ben, whose own playing career was plagued by multiple hockey injuries where his career was finally cut short by a series of shoulder surgeries. The frustrations of an injury-plagued career motivated Harrison to learn how to train and condition at the elite level while most importantly minimizing the risk of injury. It is his goal and passion to prevent other players from having to go through what he did.
